Returns & Issues
Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect sizing chosen at checkout, or buyer’s remorse.
That said, if something goes wrong on our end, we’ll always make it right.
We will offer a replacement or refund if:
Your item arrives damaged
Your order is lost in transit
You receive the wrong size (different from what you ordered)
You receive the wrong product
How to request help
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Important notes
All items are printed individually, so slight variations in color or placement may occur.
Shipping delays caused by the carrier are outside our control, but if an order is confirmed lost, we’ll step in.
